Who we are
We are a small, family owned business located in Oceanside, California. Our shop url is: https://cart.friendlycomputerhelp.net and our main business site is http://www.friendlycomputerhelp.net. We make some of our products completely by ourselves (not counting purchasing the supplies to make the products) while other products require paying a third party source to make.
Media
All of the images on the site were created by staff members of Friendly Computer Help and Photography with the exception of our logo where the computers in the logo were created by Lani Angeline. While we might add items by other people in the future, anything not created by a staff member will have credit given to the creator.
Who we share your data with
While we only share data with other members of the business, we do use wordpress that is powered by Woocommerce for our shop so they might share to others within their own privacy policy.
How do we retain your data
We keep a record of customers/clients and their orders/services on our hard drives. The reason we do that is so we can contact customers/clients if any problems or delays occur (such as running out of supplies). We are working on creating a mailing list. If a customer/client joins our mailing list, we will have a separate record with their information for the mailing list. The mailing list (once it is created) will include stuff such as events, specials, product updates, and possibly general information about the business.
