Product processing information

All physical prints will be signed on the back by the photographer; Michelle Chabala Russell of Friendly Computer Help. Some products have the option for the photographer’s signature for no additional charge. While we do occasionally have some items on hand to display at events which are available for purchase, products are generally made to order and will be started the first business day after the payment has been processed. 

 

Shipping information

Most people within a 30-45 minute driving radius from the Tri-City area of Oceanside, CA will receive personal delivery from us. Everyone else will have a shipping fee added to their order.  Orders will be leave our facility for delivery or shipment within 3 to 4 weeks and we will contact you via your preferred method of contact (email or text) when your order is on the way. We accept checks (made out to Friendly Computer Help), money orders (made out to Friendly Computer Help), credit cards, PayPal (owner@friendlycomputerhelp.net), CashApp ($FriendlyComputerHelp) and Venmo (@FriendlyComputerHelp).
